How to Order Your Custom Stickers
Choose Your Size
Select the size you'd like for your stickers. Sizes are based on the largest dimension (height or width) of your design.
Select Quantity
Choose how many stickers you'd like — available in quantities of 1, 5, 25, 50, 100, or 200. The more you order, the more you save!
Enter Your Text
Add the name, phrase, or custom text you'd like included.
Leave Notes (Optional)
Use the "Ordering Notes" section to share any details that will help us fulfill your order exactly as you envision it — including special requests, design instructions, or border preferences.
Upload Your Design
Upload your artwork in any of the following formats: .png, .svg, .psd, .afdesign, or other image formats. For die-cut shapes, files with a transparent background are preferred.
Don't Have a Design Software?
No problem! If you can't provide a transparent file or need help creating a custom shape, just let us know in the ordering notes — we're here to help.
File Preparation Guide
White Outline (Standard)
By default, we add a 1/8" white border around your design for cutting. You can apply this yourself or let us do it. Prefer a different color? Include the HEX code of your desired outline (e.g., #FF6900 for orange).
Borderless Stickers
To produce stickers without a white outline, we must be able to cut within your design or ensure it has a consistent border color.
You can enable this by:
- Adding a 1/16" bleed to your artwork and requesting we cut inside it, or
- Providing the HEX code of your border color so we can apply a bleed manually.
Artwork Quality Guidelines
- Minimum resolution:Â 1500 pixels
- Recommended DPI:Â 300
- Higher quality = better results
Low-resolution or pixelated files may be rejected to ensure print quality.
Color Accuracy
We print using a 6-tank CMYK dye-based inkjet printer (Epson)for vibrant, professional colors. For best results, design using aCMYK color profile. Some RGB colors (like neon greens or bright cyans) may not print accurately in CMYK.
Size Chart
We calculate sticker size by the largest edge (height or width) of your design. Available size options:
- 2" x 2" → 4 United Inches
- 3" x 3" → 6 United Inches
- 4" x 4" → 8 United Inches
- 5" x 5" → 10 United Inches
Need an exact size (e.g., 1.5" x 3")? Choose the closest option that covers your design's largest dimension, then specify your exact size in the ordering notes.
